Employment Services - Resourcing
The Resourcing Team provides effective recruitment services for medical and non–medical staff from advertising posts to issuing employment contracts. They offer advice and support for recruiting managers to ensure best practice and that recruitment is carried out within statutory requirements.
This service includes management of the Disclosure and Barring Service checks process and we are a registered umbrella body with the Disclosure and Barring Service for these checks.
This centralised resourcing service, is provided for East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust and for Eastern & Coastal Kent NHS Community Health.
